Wait… what is a peer resourcing circle? The closest description is a peer coaching group. But it’s different from what you might expect.
It is a response to something many of us have been feeling: that applying regenerative thinking, being, and doing in our lives and work is not something we can do alone. Family conflicts. Stuck projects. Work situations that feel impossible to navigate. Emerging ideas that need the right container to grow.
We all encounter these moments. And in those moments, we need more than advice. We need to be re-sourced.
Unlike conventional coaching — which tends to focus on giving advice, solving problems, or “fixing” the person with the question — a resourcing session has a different intention: to re-source the energy of the living system. We are not here to fix each other. We are here to regenerate the field and reconnect to our own source of knowing and insight.
